[Fiction Express] I can’t move forward in a quiz (it gets stuck on one question)
If a student cannot move forward in a quiz (for example, it gets stuck on a specific question), this is usually not a content error, but a temporary issue with the browser or device. Below, we explain how to fix it quickly.
❗ What is happening?
This problem usually appears when:
- The student has been able to complete other quizzes without any problem

But in one specific quiz they cannot move forward (for example, they get stuck on question 7
In most cases, this happens because the browser stores temporary data (cookies or “junk”) that can cause blocks on platforms with stricter security systems such as Fiction Express.
🛠️ How to fix it (step by step)
We recommend following these steps with the student:
1. Log out properly
- Go to the student’s name (bottom left)
- Click on it and select “Log out”

⚠️ Important: closing the tab is not enough, you need to log out properly
2. Clear the browser cookies
- Go to the browser settings
- Look for the option to clear cookies / browsing data

(It may appear under a similar name depending on the browser language)
3. Log in again and try once more
- Log in to Fiction Express again

Open the quiz and check whether it is now working correctly
