[Fiction Express/Starter] How to Invite teachers to Fiction Express

If you need to add new teachers to Fiction Express or Fiction Express Starter, you can easily do it from your Admin Panel. Here’s a step-by-step guide.

1️⃣ Access the Admin Panel

To get started, log in to Fiction Express and go to the Admin Panel.

📌 Path: Main Menu > Admin Panel

2️⃣ Go to the "Users" section

In the left-hand menu, click on “Users” to manage your school’s user accounts.

📌 Path: Admin Panel > Users

3️⃣ Click on "Invite User"

In the top right corner, click the Invite User button to begin the invitation process.

4️⃣ Fill in the teacher’s information

Enter the required information to invite the new teacher:

✔️ First and last name
✔️ Email address
✔️ Role: select Teacher
✔️ Preferred language (optional)

🔹 You can also assign the teacher to a class at this stage, if needed.

5️⃣ Send the invitation

Click on Send Invitation. The teacher will receive an email with instructions to activate their account.

✅ All done!
The teacher has now been invited to Fiction Express or Starter and will be able to access the platform after activating their account via email.

💡 Tip: If the teacher doesn't see the email, ask them to check their spam or junk folder.
