[Fiction Express] How to move your students to a different class

If you need to move your students to a different class, whether because the whole group has changed level or you want to create a new class from multiple groups, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Whole class moves to the next level
If your entire class is moving up a grade, you can update the class name easily:

✔️ Go to [Manage students] in your Teacher Panel.
✔️ Click the class Options [···], then choose [Edit class name].
✔️ Update the name with the current grade and group (e.g., “Year 3A”).
✔️ Save the changes.

2️⃣ Create a new class from existing groups
If you want to create a new class from different student groups:

✔️ At the top, click on [+New class].
✔️ Choose the class language.
✔️ Enter a name for the class (e.g., “Year 3B – English”).

3️⃣ Select students for the new class
Within the [Select students] option, you can search for students from your existing classes.

✔️ Find previous classes and select multiple students to add to the new class.
✔️ Once selected, click [Save].

4️⃣ Assign a new language to the entire class
If you want to change the language for an entire class, follow these steps:

✔️ Go to the class Options [···].
✔️ Click [Move class to [language]] to change the class language.
✔️ Then click [Duplicate] to apply the changes.

✅ All done!
You’ve successfully moved your students, assigned a new language, or created a new class with ease.
