[Fiction Express] How to activate or deactivate teacher licences in Fiction Express

If you need to manage teacher licences in Fiction Express or Fiction Express Starter, follow these steps to easily activate or deactivate them.

1️⃣ Go to the admin panel
To start, log in to Fiction Express and access the admin section where you can manage users.

📌 Path: Main menu > Admin panel

2️⃣ Go to the teachers section
From the panel, locate the specific section where all registered teachers appear on the platform.

📌 Path: Admin panel > Teachers

3️⃣ Find the teacher you want to manage
Use the search bar or scroll through the list of teachers until you find the user whose licence you want to change.

4️⃣ Open the licence options [···]
Once the teacher is located, go to the Options [···] in the column of the corresponding language.

5️⃣ Activate or deactivate the language
Depending on the action you need to perform:
✅ To activate the licence: Click [Activate language].
🚫 To deactivate the licence: Click [Deactivate language].

🔹 Reminder: If you deactivate a licence, the teacher will lose access to Fiction Express in that language.

✅ And that’s it!
You’ve successfully activated or deactivated the licence. If you need to make more changes, repeat the steps with other teachers.
