[Fiction Express] Are you an Administrator? Start here in 3 steps

If you’re an administrator on Fiction Express, here are the first steps to set up your account and ensure that your teaching team and students can start using the platform smoothly.

1️⃣ Invite the teaching team
The first step is to make sure teachers have access to the platform so they can manage their classes and assignments. To do this:
✔️ Go to the "Users" section in the admin panel.
✔️ Add teachers using their email address.
✔️ Send them an invitation to create their account and start exploring Fiction Express.

📝 Tip: If you have many teachers, you can do a bulk import using a CSV file.

 

2️⃣ Create the classes and add your students
Once teachers have access, the next step is to create the classes and add the students.
✔️ Go to the "Classes" section and create one group per class that will use Fiction Express.
✔️ Add students manually or through a bulk import.
✔️ Assign each student to their corresponding class.

📝 Tip: If you use Google Classroom or Microsoft Teams, check the integration options to simplify student syncing.

 

3️⃣ Assign classes and download access credentials
Once classes are created, the final step is to ensure all users have the correct access.
✔️ Assign each class to the corresponding teacher.
✔️ Download the student login credentials (if you created them manually) and share them with the teachers.
✔️ Make sure everyone can log in properly before starting.
